On January 15th, 2015, a presentation event for the SUNSET PARACAS real estate development was held at the Country Club of Lima, with the attendance of media and various personalities, as well as potential buyers of lots or homes.

The presentation was given by the partners, Mr. Andrés de Arriaga, Mr. Fernando Martínez-Lamas and Mr. Luis Collarte, the latter of whom is also the architect responsible for the project.
